<p>PURPOSE:To radiate the excess heat without generating heat shock and uneven temperature caused by sharp internal temperature change when a high temperature battery housed in a heat insulation container generates heat by charge/ discharge, and effectively utilize the excess calorie produced. CONSTITUTION:When a high temperature battery 2 generates heat, nitrogen gas from a nitrogen cylinder 8 is introduced into a vacuum, heat insulation wall 5 of a heat insulation container 1 by utilizing a leak valve 7 to decrease heat insulation capability and to make radiation of the excess heat from the heat insulation container 1 easy, and electricity is generated in a thermal power generating element 10 by utilizing the excess calorie and stored in a storage battery 11. When the heat insulation container 1 is made in a heat insulation state, a vacuum pump 9 is operated by electricity of the storage battery 11 to increase the heat insulation capability of the vacuum, heat insulation wall 5. To change the degree of vacuum (pressure) of the vacuum, heat insulation wall 5 of the heat insulation container 1, energy utilizing exhaust heat is utilized without use of outside energy.</p> |
