PURPOSE:To provide a grinding tool markedly enhanced in abrasion resistance and excellent in durability and economics by forming a grinding edge from a diamond sintered material. CONSTITUTION:A grinding tool contains a main body frame 1 and a required number of chip saw like blades 10, which have a large number of grinding edges provided to the peripheral edge parts thereof, incorporated in the main body frame 1 at a definite interval in a multiple concentric state through chip saw like separators 18 and fixed by a fixing flange 25 and a fixing bolt 27. The grinding edges are composed of a diamond sintered member and the leading ends thereof are welded at an angle of 50-90 deg. with respect to a normal line. Further, air passages for suppressing the temp. rise of the grinding edges are formed to the main body frame 1, the fixing flange 25, the chip saw like blades 10 and the separators 18. |
