PURPOSE:To simultaneously and easily control the polarized wave conditions of plural wavelengths. CONSTITUTION:This controller consists of a variable mutual conversion section 111 which mutually converts each polarized wave for an arbitrary angle theta1, a variable phase difference processing section 121 which provides an arbitrary phase difference phi1 to output polarized waves, a delay processing section 131 which gives a delay time difference T1 to the output polarized waves, a variable mutual conversion section 112 which mutually converts the output polarized waves by an arbitrary angle theta2, a variable phase difference processing section 122 which provides by arbitrary phase difference phi2 between output polarized waves, a delay processing section 132 which gives a delay time difference T2 between the output polarized waves, a variable mutual conversion section 133 which mutually converts the output polarized waves by an arbitrary angle theta3, a polarization processing section 1 consisting of a polarization separation section 14 which polarize and separate the output optical waves, a receiving section 2 which receives specific wavelength signals from each of separated optical waves and a parameter control section 3 which controls the variable mutual conversion section and the variable phase difference processing section based on each of the received signals. |
