PURPOSE: To enable a wound curing to carry out suppressing its bleeding without leaving a scar by using a chemically bridged filamentous collagen tissular material without containing a nonfilamentous tissular protein and a glycoprotein as well as a lipid and a residual lipid. CONSTITUTION: In curing of a patient's biopsy wound, a disk of which size corresponds to the wound is filled to the wound with a chemically bridged filamentous collagen tissular material without containing a nonfilamentous tissular protein and a glycoprotein as well as a lipid and a residual lipid. The collagen material shall be contained about 1-20 wt.% elastin, preferably about 1-5 wt.% of it, and its collagen material sheet is formed by punching to a disk using the same sized stylus which caused the biopsy wound in the punch biopsy. The outer surface of disk opposite to the wound contacting side is covered by a porous film and the microbial infection of wound is beforehand prevented. The collagen disk is preferably sampled from the skin of calf having an age less than 6 months.
