<p>PURPOSE: To provide an oscillator controlling an oscillation frequency and a phase with a monolithic integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: A subordinate differential amplifier is externally connected to terminals T2 and T3 is combined with a tank circuit, forms feedback oscillation and the output is taken out as two groups of rectangular waveform outputs from two emitter followers formed by transistors Q5 , Q6 and Q7 and an amplifier Q8 . An automatic frequency phase control(AFPC) input is connected to a terminal T9 , is current mirror-amplified by the transistors T9 and T10 and is connected between the common emitter of the subordinate differential amplifier constituted of transistors Q11 , Q12 and Q13 and Q14 . The bases of the transistors Q11 and Q12 are connected to the terminal T3 and are simultaneously affected by a signal existing in the tank circuit. The outputs of the differential pair Q11 and Q12 are fed back to the differential pair Q11 and Q12 and the tank circuit from the differential pair Q13 and Q14 by capacitors C4 and C5 . It is also connected to the base bias load circuit of the differential pair Q1 and Q2 through resistances R20 and R30 .</p> |
