PURPOSE:To reduce overvoltage generating in an electrode by forming electron conductive wiring whose resistance is lower than that of the electrode in the electrode. CONSTITUTION:A wiring film 14a is formed zigzag with nickel paste on a green sheet 11a for fuel electrode. A plurality of through holes 5 are formed by punching on a green sheet 11b for fuel. The green sheet 11b is stacked on the green sheet 11a so that the wiring film 14a is exposed from the through holes 5. A wiring film 14b is formed zigzag with nickel paste on the green sheet 11b to complete a stacked green sheet. The stacked green sheet is stacked on a green sheet 13 for an air electrode through a green sheet 12 for a solid electrolyte, and they are heat bonded, then baked to obtain a cell for a solid electrolyte fuel cell. Since the cell increases conductivity in the face direction inside an electrode, overvoltage generating in the fuel cell is retarded. |
