PURPOSE:To provide an automatized measurement blender of high precision and low cost which is used to prepare a blend composite by blending a trace of powder. CONSTITUTION:A slide bearing 3 serving as the takeout opening is provide in the bottom of a container 1 which stores powder material and combined with a takeout mechanism, which penetrates the interior of this slide bearing 3 so as to axially slide a multi-step measure shaft 4 with a plurality of space volume, serving as a measure with the volume increasing stepwise from one end, and axially reciprocates the other end head of the shaft by means of an external drive device so as to sample a predetermined amount of the powder material in the container, so that a powder material sampler is constituted. It samples a powder material in a volume approximate to a weight specified by controlling the axial drive limit of the multi-step measure shaft 4 and further uses a weighing device to adjust weight precisely and to sample and mix blending ingredients, thereby preparing blending composite automatically. |
