PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of a wild wire phenomenon so as to improve durability and safety of a tire. CONSTITUTION:The first winding layer 30a is formed by winding a piece of steel wire 32 into a coil by the predetermined number of winding, and then, the second winding layer 30b is formed by winding the steel wire 32 on the outer circumference side of the first winding layer 30a by the same number of winding as the first winding layer 30a. Subsequently, the third winding layer 30d-the fifth winding layer 30e are formed by sequently piling the layers, and then, the first winding layer 30a-the fifth winding layer 30e are gathered together by taping or the like so as to be fixed, so that a circular structure bead core 30 is constructed of a single piece of steel wire 32. |
