PURPOSE:To provide an electrical insulation device of a fuel cell capable of using independently of operating temperature and operating pressure of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:An insulating flange 1 comprising an insulating ring 1a placing between piping flanges 6a, 7a in a piping connecting part, an insulating outer cylinder 1b bonding to the outer diameter side of the insulating ring 1a and fitting to the outside of an upper stream side piping 6, and an insulating inner cylinder 1c bonding to the inner diameter side of the insulating ring 1a and extruding to the inside of a lower stream side piping 7 is arranged. By fastening the piping flanges 6a, 7a with a plurality of fastening bolts 2 and nuts 3, electrical insulation of cooling water and electrical insulation of the piping flanges 6a, 7a are maintained independently of the operation pressure and the operating temperature of a fuel cell. |
