PURPOSE:To provide a magnet having the magnetic characteristics and the specific gravity of magnet in conformity with the device on which this magnet is used. CONSTITUTION:W-alloy filler powder, having the specific gravity larger than iron type magnetic powder, is mixed to the iron type magnetic powder containing the rare earth such as Nd or Pr and the like, thermosetting resin of a trace of an additive are mixed therein, they are compression-molded, and a rare earth-iron type resin-coupled type magnet is obtained. The mixing ratio of the magnetic powder, filler and resin in weight percentage is as follows: resin: 1 to 3wt.%, filler: 20 to 50wt.%, the remaining part is magnetic powder. The average grain size of the filler is 30mum or larger, the filler is formed into an alloy with W, Ni and Fe, the weight percentage of W is 25 to 45wt.%, the filler is formed into an alloy with W and Ni, a resin corrosion-preventing film is provided on the outer and innter circumference of this rare earth-iron resin coupled type magnet. |
