PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an applied circuit by composing the switch of the load state and the closed loop state of a counter by a step of a switching element without depending on many steps of switching elements and speeding up the frequency division operation of the initial step part of the counter, regarding a program counter and a fixing loop circuit, in particular, the counter frequency-dividing a reference signal based on write data and the applied circuit. CONSTITUTION:A data holding means 11 outputs a count output signal Q based on site data DATA and a write control signal LD and an internal clock generation means 12 outputs an internal clock signal CK based on the write control signal LD and a reference clock signal CLK. A switching means 12 performs the feedback control of the count output signal Q based on the only internal clock signal CK. In a phase fixing loop circuit, a frequency division means 18 is composed of a program counter. |
