摘要

Expression system (A) for extracellular prodn. of glucose oxidase (GOD) comprises a promoter; GOD secretion signal sequence for mature GOD, and a terminator. Also new claimed: (1) integration vectors contg. (A); (2) plasmid pFGOD; (3) cells transformed with these vectors or pFGOD; (4) isolated and pure strain Aspergillus foetidus SE4tr; (5) promoter and terminator from the A. foetidus glucoamylase gene.
