PURPOSE:To equivalently invert polarities and to rightly operate an oscillator without changing the polarity of the oscillator and separately preparing a nonstandard oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A voltage control oscillator 1 has a characteristic that the relation of inputted control voltage and the repeating frequency of an output signal 10 to be transmitted according to this voltage value is a straight polarity. A phase frequency comparator 4 has a characteristic that the relation of the values of the phase difference and the repeating frequency difference of the output signal 10 for a prescribed reference signal I and the control voltage to be outputted according to these values is the straight polarity. In this case, the polarity of the control element at the inside of the oscillator 1 is not changed, a nonstandard oscillator is not separately prepared, a negative feedback control is performed and the oscillator is made to be rightly operated. Therefore, an inverting adder 6 inputting control voltage in the voltage control oscillator 1 after the polarity of the control voltage is inverted and a prescribed value shift is performed is provided. |
