PURPOSE:To provide an optical shaping method and an optical shaping device which are rich in general-purpose properties wherein though an operator is not experienced in operation of CAD, the device can be simply operated, and further basic shapes of various substrates can be variously deformed only by inputting them. CONSTITUTION:When a scan curing layer at one constant height cross section is ended to be formed, an elevator 8 is lowered by a thickness content of the constant-height cross section to be shaped next. When one constant-height cross section layer of the shaping body 9 is shaped, a plurality of kinds of information of a support body for supporting a shaping body are preliminarily stored in a support body information storing part 6b. The stored information is read with a support body selecting part 6c. After selecting appropriately scan curing layer information of the support body 11, the shaping body 9 and the support body 11 are shaped. |
