PURPOSE:To enable a coil taping unit of simple structure to surely hold the bent part of a winding by a method wherein a mechanism which moves a pressing member that holds a tape fragment pressing it against the drum of a coil bobbin independent of a chuck is provided. CONSTITUTION:In a state that the wire bent part of a coil is pressed against the drum 3A of a bobbin 3 by a pressing member 18, the tip of an adhesive tape fragment held by a chuck is pasted on the wire bent part. The pressing member 18 is set apart from the bobbin 3 once, the tip of the tape fragment pasted on the wire bent part is pressed by the pressing member 18 from above, and the chuck is loosened to release the tape fragment. Then, the pressing member 18 presses an optional part of a tape against the bobbin 3 as it moves, whereby the tape is made to adhere enough to the drum 3A of the bobbin 3. As the chuck and the pressing member 18 are made to move independently of each other, the bent part of a wire is surely fixed to the drum 3A of the bobbin 3 in various states that a wire starts being wound or stops being wound. |
