CONSTITUTION:Ground fish meat and/or vegetable protein (e.g. soybean protein) is admixed with a flavoring material followed by molding, steaming, drying, and then shaving into flakes. The flavor of the flavoring material (e.g. salmon, shrimp, crab, laver, mushroom, shiitake mushroom, plum flesh) is thus included in a heated and gelled masking material, being preserved for a long time.
