PURPOSE:To obtain an agent for preventing sticking of boiled noodle, capable of checking sticking of boiled noodles such as Japanese buckwheat noodles and to provide a method for preventing sticking of boiled noodles. CONSTITUTION:This agent for preventing sticking of boiled noodle contains at least one among pectin, alginic acid and carboxymethyl starch. This method for preventing sticking of boiled noodle comprises to immerse boiled noodles in an aqueous solution of the agent for preventing sticking of boiled noodle, containing at least one among pectin, alginic acid and carboxymethyl starch. |
