This invention is related to fodder production, including the acquisition of fodder means from waste of the homeopathic industry. Fodder can be used in feeding broilers, while the waste of ferments, agar production, and mixtures of plants are used as biologically active substance. The enriched supplement of protein and plants consists of red sea algae agar production waste, mink and silver fox skeleton brawn ferment production waste, and mixture of plants consisting of thyme tops, plantains, nettle leaves, calendula flowers, dill seeds or tops, tops of wormwood, milfoil, peppermint leaves, caraway seeds, and chamomile flowers. The enriched protein supplement is to be added to the basic fodder in an amount of 2% of the fodder mass.
