<p>PURPOSE:To provide a voltage converter for an EPROM or the like in which the input voltage can be outputted with relatively low impedance without boosting the voltage while eliminating the leak voltage between VDD and VPP CONSTITUTION:Since two P-channel MOS transistors M1, M2 are provided while being connected in series, a switching means comprising the transistors M1, M2 can be turned OFF perfectly even when the power supply voltage VPP is lower than the power supply voltage VDD and thereby the leak current is eliminated between the VDD and VPP.</p> |
