PURPOSE:To provide the portable image transmitter, which can easily perform operations in a range from photographing to transmission and is convenient for carriage as well by integrally providing an image input means, transmission processing means, reception processing means and image output means. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of a main body 1, mover 2 as a portable telephone set and belt 3 for carriage. In an auxiliary storage device, an IC card 4 is inserted from a lower part to the main body 1 and can be used. Series of operations such as photographing by operating a camera, encoding processing by operating the transmitter, storage processing, addition of an error correcting code, modulation and transmission of image data by operating the mover 2 are entirely executed on the main body 1 housed in the same cabinet. Thus, the operation is considerably improved so as to be operated with one hand only. Further, it is not necessary to connect distributed devices through a cable at the time of usage start or, on the contrary, to disconnect those devices at the time of arrangement. On the other hand, since the respective devices are integrated, the device can be miniaturized and low-priced as a whole. |
