PURPOSE:To realize ease of selective processing of data and sure charging when the data supplied through batch processing from a communication satellite are selectively used. CONSTITUTION:Data from a communication satellite 11 are stored in a data storage reproduction device 2, a telephone line connector 5 is connected between a telephone terminal equipment 3 and a telephone line 4 to allow the terminal equipment 3 and the connector 5 to be communicated by using infrared ray transmitterreceiver sets 6, 7, the data storage reproduction device 2 sends a decoding key request signal to the telephone line connector 5 and the telephone line connector 5 makes a request of the decoding key to a data supplier through the telephone line 4 and the data storage reproduction device 2 decodes and reproduces the required data by using the received decoding key. |
