PURPOSE:To sore picture information on an electronic blackboard device automatically even when recording paper for the electronic blackboard device runs short by providing a conference progress equipment group, a perfume activating device, a voice storage device and a recording information storage device to the system so as to attain smooth progress of a conference thereby allowing participants to be concentrated onto the content of the conference without the need for taking a memorandum of the agenda during the conference. CONSTITUTION:A perfume activating device 101 provided with a means starting and stopping automatically jetting of a perfume used to refresh a mental state of conference participants detects a voice during the conference to jet a perfume. Then a recording information storage device 116 having a means using a voice storage device 115 that records conversations of the conference participants automatically or at a preset time stores the conversation according to the set time automatically is provided to the electronic blackboard device to store the picture information on the electronic blackboard device and the conference progress function device informs and commands a conference progress in voice. The electronic blackboard device is provided with a fixed message output section 117, which informs automatically a conference message.
