PURPOSE:To control an output voltage stably by the excellent transient fluctuation characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 8 is charged by a high voltage obtained from the input voltage Vin of an AC power supply 2. When the voltage is declined instantaneously, an inverter 9 is driven by the charging voltage of the capacitor 8. A driving signal is supplied to the inverter 9 from an inverter driving circuit 14. A voltage monitoring means 22 controls the driving signal so as to change its pulse width in accordance with the monitored result of the capacitor voltage Vc. Therefore, an output voltage Vout can be stabilized by monitoring the voltage Vc of the capacitor 8 provided on the input side of the inverter 9. With this constitution, a response delay accompanying a transient fluctuation can be completely eliminated. |
