PURPOSE:To eliminate soot, accompanied by the combustion of industrial waste, and obtain a burner, capable of being equipped in a high-temperature furnace, by a method wherein a gas evaporating chamber is provided above a combustion chamber and a heat retaining body is provided while the combustion chamber is contacted with a gas communicating chamber and a gas injection port. CONSTITUTION:A burner is constituted of a gas evaporating chamber 2, a gas flowing chamber 16, a gas injection port 8 and a combustion chamber 17 while the gas flowing chamber 16 and the gas evaporating chamber 2 are arranged about the combustion chamber 17 so that they are contacted to each other through the surfaces thereof. Radiation heat, generated by combustion, is projected against the gas evaporating chamber 2, the gas flowing chamber 16 and the gas injection port 8 evenly whereby decomposing combustion is assisted and promoted. The temperature of the combustion chamber 17 is regulated by an air regulating valve 18 in a, combustion air tube 9 to heat the combustion chamber 17 and a heat retaining body 10. The heated heat retaining body 10 becomes a gas igniting source. According to this method, the burner itself has a high temperature and, therefore, the decomposition of gas of flamable substances becomes easy and the flamable substances, such as waste oil and the like, become fuel same as kerosene. |
