<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time required to install a keyboard weight and increase the degree of freedom of the installation position of the keyboard weight by embedding the keyboard weight in a bored hole formed in the thickness direction of the keyboard. CONSTITUTION:The keyboard weight 4 which is made of lead for weight control so as to obtain desired key touch weight is formed at a specific position of a keyboard body 2 and embedded in the bored hole 9. The bored hole 9 is a blind hole which is formed in the reverse surface of the keyboard body 2 in the thickness direction (top-bottom direction). The keyboard weight 4 is inserted into the bored hole 9 and caulked, so that it is fixed in the bored hole 9. Consequently, the formation of the bored hole 9 and the insertion of the keyboard weight 4 into the bored hole 9 can be performed in the thickness direction of the keyboard 1, so while the keyboard 1 is in an original plate state, bored holes 9 required for one keyboard musical instrument can be formed altogether with balance pin holes and front pin holes at a time and keyboard weights 4 can be inserted into the bored holes 9 together at the same time.</p> |
