PURPOSE:To furnish a manufacture and inspection device for a printed wiring board with an inexpensive and sure full automatic retooling by providing a torque transmission mechanism between an XY table and a machine body, and converting the rectilinear motion of a table into rotational motion, and transmitting rotational torque required for retooling to an adjustment screw, and performing the stage replacement for board guide width of a loader. CONSTITUTION:An XY table 1 is mounted on a slider 2, and the slider 2 is guided in X-axis direction by guide bars 3a and 3b, and is guide in Y-axis direction by guide bars 4a and 4b. When the XY table 1 is driven in the direction of arrows c, d, e, and f in order, a lack 7 and pinion 9 engage with each other, and the pinion 8 and pulleys 10 and 11 rotate in the direction of an arrow g. The rotation is transmitted as the rotation in the direction of arrows h and i, respectively, of adjustment screws 15 and 19, and is converted into the rectilinear motion in the directions of arrows j and k, respectively, of a moving guide 2 on entrance side and a moving guide 27 on exit side. Therefore, making use of the motion of the XY table, the board guide widths of loaders 28 and 29 on entrance side and exit side are adjusted. |
