PURPOSE:To provide an electrophotographic planographic printing plate processing device which is capable of safely, hygienically and easily executing the processing of the waste processing liquids byproduced in plate making processing of electrophotographic planographic printing plates and with which the maintenance and management of the processing device are lightened. CONSTITUTION:This processing device for the electrophotographic planographic printing plates is constituted to supply an eluting liquid onto the electrophotographic planographic printing plates having toner images formed on photoconductive layers to dissolve the photoconductive layers of non-image parts, then to remove the eluting liquid of the plate surfaces and dissolved photoconductive layer components and to discharge these liquids and components. The electrophotographic planographic printing plate processing device has a dissolving liquid supplying stage for supplying the eluting liquids to the photoconductive layer surfaces, a removing stage for removing the photoconductive layers dissolved by the eluting liquids, a waste liquid storage container disposed attachably and detachably within the processing device for storing the removed waste liquids removed by the removing stage and a waste liquid storage container heating means for heating the waste liquid storage liquid container from the outside.
