The circuit consists of transistors TP3, TP4, TP3, TP4 and logic gates. Transistors TP3, TP4 provide charges to a high voltage detector by constructing current mirror structure as VCC power port ; a transistor TN3 comprises a source connected to node N33, a gate controlled by high voltage VPP and a drain connected to node N31 ; a transistor TN4 comprises a drain connected to node N32, a gate controlled by Vr -standrad voltage and a source connected to node N33 ; logic gates output output signal PPE which controlls the ring oscillator by invertng the potential of the node N32.
