PURPOSE:To provide a pointer type diver watch incorporating a register ring being set by means of a motor. CONSTITUTION:The diver watch comprises means 11 delivering a command signal for shifting a register ring 17 to the current position of minute hand 15 based on a signal from an input means 20, means 100 for rotating the resister ring 17 based on a command signal from the command means 11 and a signal from a reference signal generating means 1, means 24 for storing the position of the register ring 17 being rotated through the driving means 100, means 23 for comparing the content of the counting means 24 with the content at a time measuring means 5 and delivering a matching signal when they match each other, and means for releasing the command signal from the command means 11 based on the matching signal from the comparing means 23. This constitution eliminates setting miss or mis-setting of register ring 17 and prevents the set time front being shifted during divine. |
