<p>PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a running speed detecting mechanism FG and the like and to reduce a mounting space when a device is constituted so that the prescribed pitch conversion quantity is automatically set in accordance with variation quantity of tape running speed by generating a pitch control signal using a driving signal of a motor means or a revolution control signal. CONSTITUTION:A tape running speed is made a variable operation speed from a rated running speed, while a pitch conversion section 32 of a pitch conversion means of a reproduced voice signal is provided. The pitch conversion section 32 performs pitch conversion operation in accordance with a pitch control signal setting required pitch conversion quantity in accordance with running speed varying quantity, and output a reproduced voice signal having approximately the same pitch as that in the rated running speed. At the time, the pitch control signal is generated as a signal corresponding to a running speed of a recording medium using a drive signal ESV of a motor means setting a reproducing running speed of a recording medium or a revolution control signal SPT controlling the number of revolutions of the motor means.</p> |
