PURPOSE:To cancel ripples properly with a same integrated circuit device regardless of the type of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A circuit 9 which generates a ripple cancelling signal for reducing ripples produced at the time of motor driving is provided in an integrated circuit device 1 and, further, a terminal 14 to which an external resistor R for setting the ripple cancelling factor is attached is provided in the integrated circuit device 1. In this case, the output current I2 of a current miller circuit 8 is supplied to the ripple cancelling signal generator 9 whose input current is a servo current I1 and the current I2 is determined by the external resistor R. |
