The sub-munition can be dropped by parachute and, under control of a front place detector, detonated horizontally in the working door area of the shelter. The war head of the sub-munition is swung and detonated approximately in the vertical centre line of the door area. A passive sensor detects the door (17). An active sensor detects the door (17). An active sensor measures the geometry of the door or its effective area (16). A deformable inlaid piece, detonated by a sensor, is embedded in-front of the war head. This inlaid piece can form a projectile for a rotating parachute and detonated by an active sensor upon registration of a door region. This sensor is carried by a support which can be moved outwards from inside the sub-munition.
