PURPOSE:To acquire a tap lead-out line which does not lower occupation rate of a winding coil. CONSTITUTION:An element wire 10 is wound around a spool 20 as far as a starting end part 12a of a waste winding forming a tap lead-out line 12, an adhesive tape 7 is wound around the element wire 10 of the starting end part 12a, the adhesive tape 7 is stuck to the spool 20 in an axial direction of a winding 1 and the starting end part 12a is fixed to the spool 20. A coil former is inserted to coincide with a part of the spool 20, a waste winding is formed by winding the element wire 10 around the coil former at least one turn, an adhesive tape is wound around the element wire 10 of a final end part of the waste winding, an adhesive tape is stuck to the spool 20 in an axial direction of the winding 1, the waste winding is cut, and the element wire 10 of the cut waste winding is rewound around the spool 20 for forming a tap lead-out line. |
