PURPOSE: To shorten the manufacturing cycle time on component arrangement by using a combined medium discharge device combined with an image system. CONSTITUTION: A transparent cracks 115 of a substantially flat layer is arranged on first confronting face 132 in a transparent member 131, and a combined medium discharge device 100 provides a combined medium 115 of a flat layer, and maintains the same. At least one part of a component 125 is dipped into the combined medium 115 by an automatic arrangement device 120 so that the component 125 is attached to the combined medium 115 on the transparent member 131. Whereas a camera 145 is positioned in the vicinity of second confronting surface 133 of the transparent member 131, and while the component 125 is attached to the combined medium 115, the component 125 is converted into an image. The component image or the imprint thereof is analyzed so that the position and the direction of the component are determined. In order to judge whether any element of the component 125 is lost or not, analysis is conduced. |
