<p>PURPOSE:To easily vary the tension of a tape to keep contact between a magnetic tape and a head in a good condition depending on kinds of magnetic tapes by providing a detaining part in a rotating roller and detaining the rotation of th rotating roller by engaging a detaining piece to the detaining part. CONSTITUTION:A rotating roller 7 has a gear part 7a as a detaining part at the outside of a periphery of the roller. Opposing to the gear part 7a, a tip click part 12b of a lever 12 rotating around an shaft 12a is provide as a flucrum is provided, further, the other end of the lever 12 is opposed to a solenoid 13. Therefore, when the solenoid 13 is not energized, the tip click part 12b of the lever 12 is detained to the gear part 7a of the rotating roller 7 by a spring 16, and rotation of the rotating roller 7 is restricted and it is stopped. When the solenoid 13 is energized, the rotating roller 7 is freely rotated around a shaft 7b, and a magnetic tape 11 runs keeping constant tension controlled by a balance between a tension arm 2 and a belt 4.</p> |
