PURPOSE:To return a driving system generating a light fault to a standby state without an initialization processing by the transition of the system to a preparing state by providing each monitor control system with a constitution control means setting one of the respective states of the preparing state, etc., capable of transition to the standby state without the initialization processing. CONSTITUTION:Each monitor control system monitor-controls a monitoring object sets its own system to be one of the driving state 1 corresponding to the driving system, the standby state 2 capable of immediately transiting to the driving state, the preparing state 4 capable of transiting to the standby state by the initialization state, etc., and a stoppage state capable of transiting to the standby state after the initialization processing. Based on information from an RAS monitor unit, a CPU unit judges whether the fault is serious enough to make continuing plant monitor impossible or too light to have some influence on the monitor processing of a plant. Then, when the fault is light, the system is state-transited to the preparing state 4 so as to transit to the driving state 1 without the initialization processing. |
