PURPOSE:To enable a high speed synchronizing acquisition and to improve S/N by inputting a control signal in a reference code generation means and a code generation means for demodualtion and matching the clock speed of a code for reference and a code for demodulation. CONSTITUTION:In a control circuit 14, the phase difference of the output from convolver 11 and a timing signal is detected, and the phase advance signal or the phase delay signal according to the phase difference is outputted. This signal is inputted in a reference code generation circuit 12 and a code generation circuit 15 for demodulation, and the clock speed and the code phase of a reference spreading code and spreading code for demodulation are controlled. In this case, if a timing signal is generated at the code starting point of the reference spreading code for convenience and the phase advance signal or the phase delay signal is outputted according to a phase difference when two input signals are in-phase in the control circuit 14, the clock speed and code phase of a reception signal and the reference spreading code are controlled by the control circuit 14 so that they may match. |
