The actual value of the room climate eg. the temp. and/or the humidity are determined and compared with desired values. From this comparison a rpm control or power control of the ventilating fans (V1, V2) results for the fresh air and/or exhaust air. The control depending on the desired/actual value comparison, is superimposed by an additional regulation depending on the temp. or function. This additional regulation is stepless. The stepless regulation prepares respectively different rated voltages, for at least one of the ventilating fans, depending on temp. and/or the humidity.
