A beam-type cleaning tool extends over the axial length of the channel, and is movably arranged crossways to the cylinder axis against the cylinder and in the channel. The cleaning tool (8) is adjustable with a pivot movement around a pivot axis (11,12) parallel to the cylinder axis against the cylinder (4) and in the channel (3) so that it extends along the channel walling (1,2), removing adhering fouled cleaning fluid. Both ends of the cleaning tool are arranged on an arm of an angle lever (9,10) located with its other arm on a pivot axis (11,12). The angle lever is articulately connected with a pneumatic cylinder.
