Link for wheel suspension track rod to car body

The track rod (12) extends obliquely to a vertical transverse plane of the car to a wheel carrier. There are several defined track rod retaining bores (26,28), enabling different width mounting of the joint point (34,36) of the link from a vertical longitudinal plane of the car. The joint point is displaceable along a uniform, vertical, transverse plane (24) only. Pref. a track rod holder (16) is U-shaped with shanks (20,22) parallel to the oblique extension of the track rod. The retaining bores in tandem accept the back rod rubber-metal sleeve bearing (32).
