Fuel filling hose

The fuel filling hose (2), for a vehicle, is fitted with pleats and ribs (6). The inner lining material is of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene, and the other thermoplastic layers are of nylon 12 and nylon 6. Also claimed is a mfg. process where the polymeric fluorided material and a thermoplastic material are shaped through an extruder head. The extruded material is blown against the inner surface of a mould to impose the shape structure of the outer surface of the filling hose.
