The damping medium is formed by an elastic ring (84). It is positioned between the tie-piece (36) and the end thrust piece (28). The elastic ring is positioned on an end surface (42) of the flange (40) of the tie-piece. The end thrust piece is formed by an annular step (24) in the solenoid core (16). The choice of modulus of elasticity and of geometry of the ring determines the oscillation properties of the tie piece.
