<p>The description relates to an interchangeable condenser system for a phase-contrast illumination system (12) in microscopes. Several different light rings (5) fitted on a revolving plate (4) are allocated to the condenser optic (6). The condenser optic (6) is interchangeable and independant of the light rings (5), so that the focal lengths Fn of the interchangeable condenser optics (6) are in the ratio Fn = F0*Xn and the mean diameters D¿n? of the light rings (5) are in the ratio Dn = D0*X?n¿, where X > 0 and n = 0, 1, 2, 3, etc. In addition, the interchangeable condenser system is used for interference-contrast illumination for microscopes in which different Wollaston prisms fitted on a revolving plate (4) are allocated to the condenser optic (6) and there are several lenses (9) with of different magnifications and focal lengths. The condenser optic (6) and the lenses (9) are interchangeable independently of the Wollaston prisms, the focal lengths F¿n? of the condenser optics (6) being in the ratio Fn = F0*X?n¿ and the focal lengths of the lenses (9) used have the same mutual focal length ratio, where X > 0, n = 0, 1, 2, 3, etc.</p> |
