<p>An improved sleeve pack assembly (10) comprises four vertical wall panels (20, 22, 24, 26) having hinged side flaps (48) wherein the flaps (48) and panels (20, 22, 24, 26) form doubled panel edge structures (51) with securing edges (50). Four cornerposts (36) hold the panels (20, 22, 24, 26) together with generally perpendicular longitudinal channels (44) which receive the edge structure (51) and side flap (48). At least one channel wall includes a hooking edge (53), protruding inwardly of the channels (44), which abuts against the securing edge of the flap (48) to lock the flap (48) and edge structure (51) into the cornerpost channels (44). In a collapsible embodiment, the longitudinal channels are in separate pieces which are hinged together to form a hingeable cornerpost (36). The collapsible sleeve pack assembly further includes two opposing wall panels (20, 24) which are scored to be folded. A rigid sleeve pack assembly embodiment utilizes a one piece cornerpost (84) having two longitudinal channel sections (86, 88).</p> |
