PURPOSE:To perform recovery operation from system fault in short time, by automatically judging whether a switchgear is operated in loop or not based on the variation of the number of branches connecting between different node groups and the existence of a path connecting between the node groups through another node group, thereby determining the operational order immediately. CONSTITUTION:When a circuitbreaker CB 12 is operated from open state to closed state, a new branch BR 6 is produced between node groups ND2 and ND3 and only the branch BR6 connects between the node groups ND2 and ND3. There exists a path starting from the node group ND2 and passing through branches BR1, BR2 and a node group ND1 to reach to the node group ND3. A knowledge base not shown is searched and it is judged that the circuitbreaker CB12 is closed through loop throw-in operation. By such arrangement, operational order is determined immediately and system fault can be recovered in short time. |
