polyester resin compsn. is prepd. by simultaneously adding the cpds. of (a) 2.0-10 wt.% of the cpd. of carboxylic acid and unsatd. hydrocabon based polymer neutralized with 1st family matal, (b) 0.05-10 wt.% of sorbitol based cpd. and (c) 0.1-7 wt.% of bisphenol A type epoxy cpd.; then melt-extruding the mixt. pref. contg. 0.5-10 wt.% of polyoxy alkylene cpd..
