PURPOSE:To assure reliale contact when pushing contact springs to counterpart contacts by a cam or other pusher, by bending the contact springs with superfluous expansion length so that the contacts of the springs slide well. CONSTITUTION:The contact springs 8, 8' have contacts 81, 81', pushed parts 82, 82' and expanded parts 83, 83' integrated with one another. The pushed parts 82, 82' are relatively sharply bent so that the pushing force of the pusher such as a slider 9 is divided into a component P perpendicular to the counterpart contacts 4, 4' and a component T parallel therewith. The expanded parts 83, 83' are also relatively sharply bent with sufficient superfluous length so that the contact springs can be expanded in parallel with the contacts 4, 4' by the component T and the resistance of the expanded parts to the component T is low. Therefore, when the force F of the pushing parts 91, 91' of the slider 9 acts on the pushed parts 82, 82', the contact springs are expanded by the component P. Then, the contacts 81, 81' come into contact with the counterpart contact 4, 4'. Thus, the contact is assured.
