The apparatus comprises a first multiplexing part for inputting data outputted from a memory of a video board, outputting input data according to a state of a selecting terminal; a level shift logic for converting an output signal of the first multiplexing part of a transistor-transistor logic level into an emitter couple logic level operated at +5V, the level shift logic being connected to the first multiplexing part; a latching part for receiving a signal converted into the emitter couple logic level, the latching part being connected to the level shift logic; a second multiplexing part for converting the data of 4 bit into the data of 2 bit, the second multiplexing part being connected to the latching part; a level converter for converting the emitter couple logic level into a standard emitter couple logic level, the level converter being connected to the second multiplexing part; a driving part for outputting the level to a monitor; an oscillator whose frequency is determined according to resolution of the monitor, for providing a clock; and a timing logic for controlling each stage by inputting the clock of the oscillator. |
