Metering system composed of two valves A and B, at different levels and with one and the same emptying orifice, which can be actuated manually or by any other means, and which, when said valves are pressed or raised, promotes the partial or total discharge of the water from the cistern, also having two safety overflow tubes C so that, in the event that the cistern's filling system breaks down, the water would flow through them towards the cistern's discharge orifice to the lavatory and from the latter to the drainage system via its usual conduit.
