The cold rolled steel plate, used for the body of automobiles, is manufactured by (a) hot rolling an ingot of an aluminium killed steel composed of 0.015-0.05 wt.% C, less than 0.15 wt.% Mn, at most 0.015 wt.% S, 0.03-0.07 wt.% sol. Al, at most 0.005wt.% N, residual Fe, and impurities at 900-T deg.C [T deg.C=-52077/{log[Mn% [S% -15.2}-1645 , winding it at 600-700 deg.C, cold rolling, and continuously annealing it. The cold rolled steel plate has good workability and aging resistancy.
